Cyanotype Collage

My current work with alternative processes encourages experimentation while I take a more tactile, hands-on approach. This work includes sorting, cutting, and assembling repurposed cyanotype prints, and shifting the initial concept in a new direction to produce something unique. I look for balance and tension between shapes and color as I play within the layers. These prints are less about botanical specimens and more about embracing a softer, painterly focus that leans towards the abstract and mysterious.
